Well, I think the paper system is like the credit system on MT but much better ^.^
Don't anger about MT, it's a nice place but like all places it has problems and failures.
I know some people from MT but not so much.
First there is `Koi89 and `anime11. Both submit wonderful walls and you can find them here and on MT. Just look around, I think you will meet a lot people from MT.
